Meadow
How Meadow works
Meadow turns small daily efforts into a meadow of wildflowers. You log movement or check off habits, a flower grows, and nothing you have grown is ever taken away.
1. Choose what you want to do more often
Pick the everyday habits you want to build, such as exercise, reading, drinking water or a morning routine, and choose which days each one applies to.
2. Move, or check off your habits
Start a timer for an activity or log it afterwards. Walking, stretching, swimming, yoga and gardening all count, and there is no minimum length. Check off habits as you do them in the “Your habits today” view.
3. Watch a wildflower grow
Each recorded activity grows a flower, and checking off your habits grows flowers too. Flowers have names and rarity levels, so now and then a rare one turns up. Visitors appear in your meadow as well, such as a butterfly, a songbird, a chipmunk and a little owl after dusk.
4. Take a break whenever you need one
There are no streaks to break and no penalty for missing a day, a week or a month. Your flowers stay where they are. When a meadow is full you start a new one, so it becomes a picture of all the work you have put in.
